- Package the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, and ensure that the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at info@crystalwellnessbottle.com for a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return.
6. Refunds
